Miss Henri is putting on a new ballet class specially designed for older learners, typically the over 55’s but all ages and fitness levels are welcome.

It is a very gentle dance class which will help improve your mobility, posture, flexibility and more importantly your mental wellness.

Not only will it will help improve coordination and cognitive function but doing a ballet class can boosts your brain power and help reduce stress by increasing the levels of the feel-good hormone serotonin. Ballet and dance can be enjoyed at any age, there is always something to learn and appreciate about this beautiful art form so why not come along and give it a go! Remember, age is not a barrier to dance and anybody can dance!

Cost: £9 per class paid blocks of four classes

When is the class: Mondays 10:45 - 11:45am
